Support for women who gamble or want to stop
Whether you’re still gambling, trying to cut down, or in recovery you are welcome here.
If you’re looking for women’s gambling support in the UK, this is a space where you can talk openly, without judgement.
You might not see yourself reflected in traditional gambling services.
You might feel misunderstood, ashamed, or unsure where to turn.
This space is different. It’s for women and it starts with understanding.
You might be here if gambling is affecting you
You’re not alone if you recognise yourself in any of these:
- Gambling feels difficult to control
- You’re hiding it or feeling ashamed
- You’ve tried to stop but keep going back
- You’re worried about money, debt, or secrecy
- Gambling helps you cope, escape or switch off
- You don’t feel like typical gambling addiction services are for you
If this sounds familiar, you deserve support to stop gambling that understands women’s experiences.
Women’s experiences of gambling are often overlooked
Many women who need gambling support in the UK feel invisible.
You may not relate to stereotypes about gambling. You may be managing work, relationships, caring responsibilities, while struggling privately.
For many women, gambling can be linked to:
- Stress, anxiety or trauma
- Loneliness or isolation
- Major life changes (such as bereavement, menopause, retirement, or loss)
- Emotional coping or escape
- Neurodiversity (diagnosed or suspected)
Your experience is valid and support should reflect that.
Non-judgemental gambling support for women
Shame can make it hard to reach out for help with gambling.
You might feel:
- Embarrassed or guilty
- Afraid of being judged
- Worried about what others will think
Our approach is different.
We offer:
- A non-judgemental space
- Women-only support
- No labels or pressure
- Support at your pace
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you ask for help.
