Operations Manager
Hi, I’m Helen, the Operations Manager at thrivin’ together. I help make sure the organisation runs smoothly and that our team has everything they need to support the women we work with. In practice, that means keeping an eye on the details behind the scenes — from keeping an overview of organisational structure and admin to day-to-day things that help a team do their best work. I’m a bit of a geek and love designing systems and processes that make things simpler and more efficient.
Something interesting about myself: I was a games maker volunteer at the 2012 Olympics and still have the snazzy uniform!
As a newcomer to the organisation and the gambling harms space, a goal of mine is to learn more about the women we support and gambling harms so that I can tailor my skills as Operations Manager to best support the services we provide.
